California Clients - NEW PROCEDURE FOR REFILLS

First, thank you for being such a loyal client of REV for Men. Over these past several years, getting reliable, timely and affordable healthcare has been a challenge across the country. BUT THE CHALLENGE HAS BEEN ESPECIALLY STRONG IN SELECTED STATES. Regulatory, Supply Chain, Economic and Pharmaceutical Technology changes continue to cause us to have to make adjustments to ensure that you not only get properly evaluated for the treatment that you need, but that you also receive the medication from a high quality, reliable and reproducible source. 

IF YOU RECEIVE YOUR MEDICATION IN THE GREAT STATE OF CALIFORNIA, READ THIS NOTE

For medications delivered in California, we are making the following changes that require some adjustments on our part and some changes on yours. You'll note that several steps stay unchanged but a few important changes will occur. 

Here are the details:


1)  You will continue using your existing 
Refill Account to place your medication orders. NO CHANGE



2) Your prescription will now be transmitted to a local Specialty Compounding Pharmacy for either pick-up or delivery. You will be responsible for directly paying the local pharmacy for your medication CHANGE FROM CURRENT PROCEDURE

3) When you order your next refill, you will make a payment to REV for clinical care from your doctor, clinical staff, etc. who will be monitoring your response to treatment, arranging follow-up with your doctor for any adjustments to your medication as needed. We have introduced a streamlined fee of only $119 per refill for TriMix, BiMix and QuadMix, and $169 for Hormone Therapy medications. CHANGE FROM CURRENT PROCEDURE


4)  In most cases, your prescriptions will be available for pick-up within 1-2 business days. NO CHANGE

Fireside Pharmacy, located at 73847 Hwy 111 Palm Desert, CA 92260. 


We understand that this news may be frustrating, and we genuinely apologize for any inconvenience caused. Please know that we are committed to both resolving this matter swiftly and developing a longer term solution to ensure your medication needs are met without any interruptions.
