If you can’t come to one of our Office Locations, we offer a limited number of Video/Telemedicine Consultations for our Hormone Replacement Therapy Programs.
This service is not available in CA - Please consider an in-person appointment in our Palm Springs Office. Also, US Residents Only.

Complete a Medical Consent Form
Once we receive these two documents, we will email an invoice for the Video Consultation ($249) and send you the Lab Order to get a required set of baseline blood tests
Once we receive your lab results (usually 5 business days) we will schedule your consultation
Requirements; In order to be eligible for a Video/Telemedicine Consultation, you must;
1) Be proficient in using FaceTime or the Zoom software - It must be set up for your exam
2) You must be experienced with injecting yourself with a needle/syringe
Hormone Replacement Therapy Consultation and Ongoing Treatment - Your initial consultation is with one of our affiliated doctors and includes a video-based physical inspection, review of laboratory results, assessment, and hormone replacement therapy treatment plan.
If you and your doctor determine that replacement therapy is right for you, he will provide a prescription for 1 to 3 months of medications. Our program includes everything you need for a 1-month (or 3, 6-month, or 12-month) testosterone treatment program or growth hormone treatment program, including medication, related supplies (syringes, alcohol pads), and all the clinical and administrative support.
Your program includes clinical concierge services of up to two in-person self-injection training visits and review of your progress as tracked in laboratory analysis and clinical assessments. You’ll have access through unlimited text, Skype/Zoom/FaceTime, email, and telephone support with your doctor.
