How is Sermorelin taken?

Sermorelin is administered as a solution injected under the skin (rather than deep into a muscle, like testosterone), and is taken daily for the first 6 months, using a small insulin-style syringe. Then, once the body has been “loaded” (get your mind out of the gutter), the frequency can often be reduced to every other day. Sermorelin is often prescribed for use just before bedtime. That’s when our natural spike of Human Growth Hormone is released, and the theory would have us copy that pattern for optimal use. Still, some men swear that it gives them a great boost of energy and have resorted to taking it in the morning. We will take the time to find the rhythm that works for you.

How will we know the Sermorelin and GHRP’s are working?

We all love to follow numbers - but in the case of Growth Hormone, its level has a natural variation throughout every day - single measurements are just not that effective in tracking progress. Most physicians, therefore, evaluate progress based on the results you’re seeking - energy, strength, muscle growth, mood, sleep quality, body composition, etc. We’ll set our goals right at the start for the results you’re seeking, and then track our progress against those goals.

How long does it take to work, and, am I on this forever?

Typically, the full effects of Sermorelin and GHRP’s take anywhere from 3-6 months to become manifest. But, there are often early signs that it’s starting to take effect, as early as the third week. What’s important is the consistency of the administration of the hormones - they are eliminated from the body very quickly. Therefore, it’s important to stay on schedule.

After 6 months of the loading phase though, it’s often possible to reduce the dose to a “maintenance” level with a considerable reduction in the cost.
